Three artists, Myriam Szabo, Mónica Roncon and Carolina Fonseca, form the core of a group that reinvents itself infinitely in every new project, in which they invite other artists to join them.
Although they started as a Romani-oriental dance company in the Iberian Peninsula, the Salamantras have evolved into a flexible group that adapts and improvises its structure according to the conditions of each place and moment, as well as to the collaborators of each event.
Their main purpose is to create Duende moments with their dance in workshops or on stage, without any restrictions relating to concepts of style, time or culture. Their calling is to share with lightness and sincerity the light that lives within them. Wild and free forever…
